4-20mA flow meter is based on Carmen Vortex Principle, which adopts piezoelectric crystal as testing components. It is a new kind of stress detecting vortex flow meter.

It has the advantages of wide range rate, high accuracy, low pressure loss, good medium generality,

pulse signal  output proportional to  flow, convenient to connect with computer etc.

How to install compressed air flow meter, 4-20mA flow meter and clamp flow meter


a.sensor must be installed to the place with little vibration,vibration acceleration should less than 0.2g,if more need vibration-reduced measures.

b.enough upstream and downstream side for sensor as following diagram:

c.installation type:horizontal,vertical,slanting installation,when measure liquid for vetical type,flowing direction should be from bottom to top.

d.if fluid is liquid or gas,avoid interference of bubble and liquid drop,pay attention to installation position as following diagram.
